Please review these instructions before upgrading from Frontier 2.0 to Frontier 3.0.
1. Double-click on the "2.0 => 3.0 Upgrader Installer" application. Click on the "Continue" button after reading the boot screen.
2. Select the location for the new 2.0 => 3.0 Upgrader folder. Make sure you have 3.7 megabytes of disk space free on the disk you select. Click on "Install."
3. Open the 2.0 => 3.0 Upgrader folder and double-click on the Read Me icon. The next steps to installing the upgrade are contained in that file. Before closing this window, read the System Requirements section, below.
System Requirements for Frontier 3.0

Frontier 3.0 requires Macintosh System 7.0 or greater. A minimum of 900K is required to run Frontier 3.0, 1300K is suggested. Frontier Runtime 3.0 requires 600K. Frontier 3.0 requires Apple's Thread Manager extension, which is installed by the Upgrader script.
Some features require either the Component Manager or a new version of the Apple Event Manager, both from Apple Computer. Script recording and component menu sharing require the presence of the Macintosh Component Manager, which is built into System 7.1, and installed by Apple's QuickTime extension. Script recording requires version 1.0.1 or greater of the Apple Event Manager. AppleScript script writing or execution requires that the AppleScript extension be installed. AppleScript is available with System 7 Pro and from other sources.
